View A is used in all Nordic countries. It is fully lined with a stand-up collar and fake pocket welts; double-breasted with lapels that button back.

View B is a popular Norwegian boy's vest. It is also double-breasted, but unlined and bound at the arm openings and around the stand-up collar with bias binding. There is decorative braid down the front and back.

View C is a popular Swedish boy's vest. The stand-up collar, fake pocket flaps and center opening are piped with contrasting piping. It is completely lined and is fastened down the center front with concealed hooks and eyes.
